Job Description
We are looking for a senior hairdresser to deliver high-quality, personalized services in cutting, coloring, balayage, styling, and treatments. The ideal candidate will be interested in continuous learning and eager to contribute to a team that fosters a positive work culture and a holistic approach to client care.
Candidate Requirements and Desired Qualities
✔ Minimum of 5 years of salon experience
✔ Strong desire for learning and professional growth
✔ High level of customer care and service
✔ Excellent time management and ability to manage appointments independently
✔ Skilled in modern hairdressing techniques: cutting, coloring, balayage, styling, treatments
✔ Communicative, open, and capable of building strong client relationships
✔ Team spirit, positive energy, and a proactive approach to work
